Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect through sevenunity.com, why we collect it and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Seven Unity is responsible for the processing of your personal data on this website. You can reach us at info@sevenunity.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you enter one), the topic you choose and your message. We use this information only to answer your message and, where relevant, to follow up on your request. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box on the form. Your name, email address and message are needed to answer you; the organisation field is optional. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us directly.
Email. When you email us directly, we use your email address and the content of your message to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
The website and its contact form run on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the contact form, which we use only to fix errors. Messages from the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people and prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device information for this verification before a message can be sent.
These providers process data on our behalf and may process it outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can read more in their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use analytics tools that follow you across websites. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party font services.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request and handle any follow-up, and for no longer than 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@sevenunity.com.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work, or where the issue took place.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
